About The Mom VA

Aviation professional turned Virtual Assistant helping entrepreneurs stay organized and focus on growing their business.

Hi, I’m April — the founder and Virtual Assistant behind

The MomVA.

Today, through The MomVA, I support entrepreneurs, Airbnb hosts, and small businesses by handling the tasks behind the scenes — from admin work and guest communication to social media support and general online operations.

I treat every business I support with the same care and attention as if it were my own.

My goal is simple: help you stay organized and free up your time so you can focus on growing your business.

If you’re looking for reliable support, feel free to schedule a discovery call. I’d love to learn more about how I can help.

Before starting this journey, I worked in aviation technical records consulting. It was a valuable experience, but the job required frequent travel and long periods away from home and my children.

That’s what inspired me to transition into virtual assistant work — a path that allows me to continue using my professional skills while being more present for my family.

Along the way, I also challenged myself to learn new things, including building this website from scratch. It has been a fun and rewarding experience that gave me the confidence to offer my services and support other businesses.
