Scheduling a discovery call does not create a service contract or obligation.
Payments
At The MomVA, payments for services are typically required in advance, depending on the agreed package, project, or hourly arrangement. Wise is the only accepted payment method for service payments.
Refund Policy
At The MomVA, payments for completed work or reserved service time are non-refundable. Partial refunds may only be considered for project-based services if work has not yet started, depending on the agreement with the client.
