At The MomVA, I value clear communication and professional service. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Discovery Calls

At The MomVA, discovery calls are free of charge and designed to understand your business needs. Since no payment is required, refunds do not apply.

Service Payments

At The MomVA, paid virtual assistant services may require payment in advance depending on the agreed package, project scope, or hourly arrangement. Because time and availability are reserved for each client, payments for completed work or reserved time are non-refundable.

Payment Method: Wise (international clients accepted).

All payments are processed through Wise, allowing secure and convenient international transactions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

At The MomVA, clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled service. This allows the time slot to be made available to other clients.

Project-Based Work

At The MomVA, for project-based services, partial refunds may only be considered for work that has not yet started, depending on the service agreement made with the client.
